PRIVATE, DUET, TRIO/QUAD LESSONS
Private and Duet
Lessons are by appointment only. Trio/Quads are
listed on the CALENDAR as there may be spots
available.
These ongoing lessons meet for two-to-three sessions per week. They are detailed, progressive classes that focus on your goals and needs. Over time, you will learn the fundamentals and progressions of reparatory in your choice of Pilates, GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS®, both on the mat and all specialized apparatus. These lessons range in price from $40 to $90 per hour.

CLASSES IN GYROKINESIS AND PILATES MAT
These ongoing
lessons include three to seven students and
generally involve a minimum five-week commitment.
An inexpensive way to try out different
techniques and equipment, they range in price
from $20 to $25 per hour.

in the field. Our Trainings and Apprenticeship
hours are in conjunction with Authentic Pilates™
and Gyrotonic International Headquarters. These
instructors are full-time professionals who bring
their commitment to excellence and ongoing
development to all that we offer at Smartbody
Movement.
