Functional strength training using the principals of Pilates

Join Katie Miller for a series of classes focusing on strength training for aiding functional movement and balance in daily life. This course will partly focus on resistance training and what it can do for building muscle mass and maintaining and improving bone density and joint health.

The class will also incorporate balance exercises to further maximize function and reduce the risk of falls. Expect to receive instructional handouts to aid the practice of exercises at home.
