Join Iwalani for an unforgettable Pilates & Gyrokinesis® retreat in the heart of the Luberon, one of France’s most celebrated regions for beauty, lifestyle, and cuisine.Each morning begins with revitalizing Gyrokinesis sessions led by Iwalani, designed to enhance mobility, rebalance the nervous system, and bring fluidity and strength back into your body. Practice unfolds in a serene Provençal setting, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and lavender fields.

Our afternoons are devoted to gentle adventure and sensory discovery:

  • Guided hikes through spectacular landscapes and hilltop villages.

  • Visits to local vineyards with curated wine tastings.

  • Scenic electric bike rides through the countryside.

  • Free time to relax, swim, shop at open-air markets, or explore charming Provençal towns.

One of the great pleasures of the retreat is the food. Provence is famous for its farm-to-table culture, and every meal celebrates the freshest ingredients of southern France: ripe tomatoes, sun-warmed vegetables, fragrant herbs, golden olive oil, artisanal cheeses, and rustic local breads. Expect vibrant, seasonal cuisine prepared with care — dishes that are both nourishing and deeply satisfying. Evenings are a time for connection and pleasure: long dinners under the Provençal sky, glowing sunsets, and the simple joy of eating well in good company.

    • Included in the price are 5 nights at the Domaine de la Parpaille hotel with full board.

    • Shuttle and taxi service from and to the airport.

    Excluded in the price are the flights to and from France.

  • We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking:

    • Cancellation up to 70 days before the retreat start date: Full refund minus a €100 administrative fee.

    • Cancellation 30–69 days before the retreat: 50% refund of the total retreat cost.

    • Cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat: Unfortunately, no refund can be given unless we are able to fill your spot.

    • If we fill your spot: You will receive a full refund minus a €100 administrative fee.

    • In case of retreat cancellation by the organizers: You will receive a full refund of all payments made.

    We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage for your peace of mind.
